Fairy Tale Lust

Check out this cover! It’s SO gorgeous. Not sure if this will be the final cover for the book, but I had to post it anyway because it’s such a stunning image. This is totally my cup of tea when it comes to erotic covers. :) I just know it’s going to be one of my enduring favourites. Yum.

The book is FAIRY TALE LUST, a forthcoming anthology edited by Kristina Wright for Cleis Press. I’m delighted to have a short story in this collection! It’s called “All in a Day’s Work.” I’ve long been a fan of Kristina’s work so it’s wonderful to work with her as an editor.

FAIRY TALE LUST is due out early next year and it’s already had some mentions in the press. Check out this recent article: Rise of the fantasy and fairy tale.

2010 is definitely my year for fairy tales and paranormal writing! I’ll have shorts in both FAIRY TALE LUST and ALISON’S WONDERLAND (a collection by Alison Tyler for Spice) and my paranormal novel RAMPANT comes out in April.

There’s more! My fantasy novel UNVEILING THE SORCERESS (previously published by Juno Books) has been contracted by Total-E-Bound and a revised, extended version will be published midyear. With this lovely magical slant developing on the horizon, can I hope for a magical year…? :) I hope so, cos 2009 has been a bit of a b*gger! Lol!

Oh well done Saskia - you are having a positive end-of-year, writing-wise. I hope it continues for 2010! I'm in between the covers with you for both Fairy Tale Lust and Alison's Wonderland, btw.

Janine, I consider you the best erotic fairytale writer around so it's an honour for me to be in 2 collections with you!

I am having a positive end of year, and I'm v. grateful for that. It was quiet here for a long while. ;)
