Naughty Christmas gift guide - please add your suggestions! :-)

It's that time of year again so I got my naughty lady shopping gear on and hunted down some sexy treats to recommend for my readers. There's lots of naughty stuff out there suitable to give, give, and keep on giving pleasure, so let's get started with a few suggestions!

I’m a big fan of how to books and DVDs for giving you naughty ideas. Here’s a couple that caught my eye recently: BEDROOM GAMES: Stripteases, Seductions, and Other Surprises to Keep Your Partner Coming Back for More by Mary Taylor, and The Housewife's Guide to the Practical Striptease by Miyoko Fujimori. Both of these are available at online booksellers.

A magazine subscription is a great gift for a girlfriend, and it lasts all year round. Give your pal a sexy thrill of a read with a sub to Scarlet magazine.

If you’re looking for 2007 erotica to stuff your pals stockings with, you could try AMOROUS WOMAN, a real treat of a novel from gifted storyteller, Donna Storey. Follow Lydia’s affair with all things Japanese in this totally engrossing erotic tale. I never had a clue where she was taking me next but I was right there with her, every step of the way. Donna’s voice is both lyrical and immediate. Rich with sensual detail, humour, and emotional complexity, AMOUROUS WOMAN is both a sensual and cultural journey.

Or you could give the gift of finding out what goes on behind closed doors in SUITE SEVENTEEN,by Portia Da Costa. This is the story of Annie Conroy, a widow in her forties, and her love affair with younger Italian stud, Valentino. This novel is classic Portia Da Costa, totally un-put-down-able, but it also played a real twist on the erotic romance genre by matching up an older woman with a younger, dominant, and extremely gorgeous TV. Put this in your friends stockings and I guarantee you'll feel the heat.

Maybe you have a friend who likes to listen to seductive whispers about how to get it on in style? Treat them to a download of one of Violet Blue’s sex guides in audio format or in ebook format.

More gifts for ebook readers - I recently discovered that Fictionwise do gift vouchers, you can go here to check that out.

Rude food sound like fun? You can get your naughty bedroom accessories from Bedroom Pleasures, including rude food and candy panties.

Want to surprise your lover by playing Santa yourself? UK site Mary Jane Lingerie have a fun santasweetie outfit! I’ve also shopped at Hips and Curves.com (based in the States) They also have erotic Christmas lingerie and other fun stuff and I recommend them whichever side of the pond you are shopping from.

No Christmas guide would be complete without mentioning Alison Tyler's Christmas erotica, a double act of naughty Christmas anthologies (I have a story in each of these!) THE MERRY XXXMAS BOOK OF EROTICA and NAUGHTY OR NICE? Available at all good bookshops and on-line sellers.

I hope your naughty Christmas shopping is fun, especially the unwrapping… ;-) If you have any naughty gift suggestions for me, please post them in the comments!

Hey Saskia - its the opposite of naughty, really, but I'm pushing Oxfam condoms! They come with chocolate! ; )

I like it, it counts! Thanks, Nikki. :)

This is a wonderful list, Saskia! I'd add a stocking stuffer suggestion--a blindfold for your sweetie. It could be sexy black leather or faux leopard, like you find at LoveHoney or other adult stores, or something more romantic like a flowery silk scarf. Either way, the deprivation of one sense seems to heighten the intensity of the others...at least for me.

Ooh, yum. That’s a wonderful suggestion, Donna, thank you! Perfect to slip into a Christmas stocking. ;)

Here are some links, blindfolds from Wicked Tickles in the UK. Some blindfolds from kinky US emporium Extreme restraints, and something special (available worldwide) from our most luxurious erotic emporium, Coco de Mer.

Trying the link again, it's...err...misbehaving. Bad link. heh.

Wow, thanks for mentioning my book! It's one of my faves of my own work and I always get a huge kick hearing how much other people enjoy it too! :)

Ideally it should be enjoyed whilst eating any delicious delicacy from Hotel Chocolat - possibly naked, and read aloud to a 'close friend'... tee hee...

Oh, and I second Donna's suggestion of gifts from LoveHoney... a splendid emporium. *And* they sell naughty books too... guess what's the December Book of the Month?

To be honest, I think any kind of online store can be a source of naughty gifts, if you look hard enough! ;)

And if you're really keen on someone, why not nip over to Ebay and buy them a collector's item, such as Madonna's outrageous SEX book?

Great suggestions, Portia! Thank you!

Ooh, here's another suggestion for chocolate lovers, ahem. Chocolate fantasies ;-)
